Terms and Conditions of Attending Whiteford Festival 2010
The trustees of 'Friends of Stoke Climsland Parish Church' (the Charity) do their utmost to ensure that everyone has a really enjoyable time at the Whiteford Music Festival. However, for the Charity to comply with the regulations that apply to such an event, we do need to make clear certain points relating to the purchase of tickets:
- Pets are not permitted in the auditorium (except Guide Dogs)
- Tickets cannot be resold, exchanged, refunded or transferred. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to check his or her tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
- The Charity cannot be held responsible for any tickets that are lost or stolen.
- The Charity shall be entitled to request visitors to leave the venue at any time or to remove anyone from the venue who, in the reasonable opinion of the Charity, is conducting themselves in a manner inappropriate to their continued attendance.
- The Charity may photograph and/or film part of the event for the use in publicity for future concerts. By entering the site, visitors consent to being photographed, filmed or recorded as members of the audience.
- The use of any other photographic and recording equipment or mobile phones during a performance could contravene copyright licensing and is therefore prohibited.
- Tickets are sold subject to the Charity’s right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
- In common with standard practice, we regret that money can only be refunded if a performance is cancelled. There will be no refund if a performance has to be abandoned because of bad weather, after it has begun.
- The Charity accepts no responsibility for any personal property.
- The use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited and any persons found possessing, using or who we suspect to be possessing or under the influence of illegal substances will be refused admission or escorted from the premises.
